| 1. | Senior Quantity Surveyor |
||
Qualification: Minimum DAE Civil. |
|||
Experience: Over 10 Years in Construction Industry. |
|||
Ability to handle monthly billing more than 200 Million, Sub Contractor Billing, claims, Escalation, Variation and other contractual matters. Working on FIDIC contracts and government/MES environment will be added qualification. Expertise on MS Office is Must, P-3 output and input understanding will be preferred. |

| 2. | Quantity Surveyor |
||
Qualification: DAE Civil. |
|||
Experience: 5 to 8 years Experience. |
|||
Exposure to Sub contractor Billing, Rate analysis, Bar Bending Schedules, materials scheduling is required, MS Office Expertise is MUST. |
|||
| 3. | Junior Quantity Surveyor |
||
Qualification: DAE Civil/ Diploma in Quantity Surveyor, Civil Drafting. |
|||
Experience: 2 to 3 Years Experience at Sites. |
|||
Bar Bending Schedules, Estimates, billing, and Rate analysis. |
|||
| 4. | Assistant Planning Engineer |
||
Qualification: B.Sc Civil/ /Building & Architecture Engineering/ Architecture. |
|||
Experience: 2- 3 years Field Experience. |
|||
Experience of working on P-3, MS project, daily, weekly and monthly site reports, crash work scheduling, resource planning and leveling etc. |
|||
| 5. | Junior Site Engineer |
||
Qualification:B.Sc Civil/ Building & Architecture Engineering/ Architecture Engineering. |
|||
Experience:1 to 2 Years Site Experience |
|||
Basic Knowledge of Surveying, massive concrete works, steel and formworks fixing. Daily Site Reporting. |
